1. ORDERS
• All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp • Orders are subject to availability • We reserve the right to decline any order • Prices are subject to change without notice • Custom cake orders require advance booking
2. PAYMENTS
• Payment terms are communicated via WhatsApp • Full or partial payment may be required before production begins • Payment confirms your order
3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery/pickup • Custom cake orders are non-refundable once production has begun • Event catering cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event • Refunds are at the discretion of management
4. DELIVERY
• Delivery availability depends on location • Delivery fees apply based on distance • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
5. EVENT CATERING
• A minimum of 7 days notice is required for event catering bookings • Guest count changes must be communicated at least 3 days before the event • A deposit is required to confirm all event bookings
6. BAKING CLASSES
• Class fees must be paid before attendance • Cancellations must be made 48 hours before class commencement • We reserve the right to reschedule classes
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All content on this website including images, logos and text belongs to Yummy Partissier • Content may not be copied or reused without written permission
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Yummy Partissier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
